Service Description

This protein prediction service is based on a self-developed deep learning model and supports uploading protein sequence files (must contain a "Sequence" column) or directly pasting protein sequences (Use the Enter key as the divider). Users can choose the input way according to their needs. The system will automatically invoke the model to predict membrane-associated proteins and return the prediction results.
