Our website features a comprehensive multi-species ligand-receptor library based on a novel algorithm, CellSpecLR (the Cell-Specific Ligand-Receptor Pair Prediction Algorithm). CellSpecLR is designed to identify communicating cell pairs through matrix decomposition and calculate gene association strengths based on the information about these pairs within a given cell type, thereby predicting ligand-receptor interactions.
